A hands-on caregiver for an elderly gentleman with Parkinson's disorder and his spouse. Requirements: Parkinson's and diabetes experience, help with bathing/personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation. Duties include driving, monitoring vital signs, promoting social engagement, supervising physical therapy exercises, and assessing the couple's overall health status. Be willing to do light housekeeping/tidying and tasks around the house. We'll need you to handle groceries/errands as needed. Drive them to/from appointments, errands, and friends/family. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and trained in CPR and first aid. The ideal candidate is self-directed, kind, caring, and respectful. A good communicator who can work effectively with others.
