We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support my husband, John, who is living with moderate to advanced dementia. He is still conversational, enjoys music, gentle humor, family stories, and being outdoors. He needs someone calm and patient who can help guide him through his day. Schedule: Sundays and/or Mondays (hours flexible). Responsibilities: Companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting as needed), meal prep, mobility assistance and fall prevention (he has a slow, unsteady gait), short walks, light household tasks and simple daily routines. What we're looking for: Experience with dementia care, a warm and dependable presence, good communication, and comfort with personal care and mobility support. CPR/First Aid is a plus. Please share your experience, Sunday/Monday availability, rate, and references.
