About who needs care: Linda Has Alzheimers but has been living independently. However, she has gotten worse and doesn't remember to take her medication and always believe shes moving. She keeps packing all her things (or giving them away). I need help with somebody coming in an hour a day to give her her medication and to make sure shesI need help with somebody coming in an hour a day to give her her medication and to make sure shes OK and communicate with me on what groceries she needs so I can order them to be delivered. She is a kind and joyful person and is always happy to see somebody at her door. She loves to walk and go on adventures which would be nice for her to do once a week With the health aide/friend. About the care needs: Someone who is cheerful and can make her laugh/giggle. Linda used to teach elementary school so shes like a kindergarten teacher at heart. Just need someone to bring medication to her and see that she takes it every day and check on her. Make sure that her phone is with her and that it is charged. shes is always hiding her phone and the chargers. I live in California and try to help her out as much as I can from here but I need somebody there who can just check in on her and give her her medication and make sure her phone is working etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
