She is still quite capable and enjoys conversation, going to bingo, getting out and socializing, and keeping her home tidy -- but we're beginning to notice a decline and want to have consistent support in place. Responsibilities include: Providing companionship and conversation Driving her to appointments, errands, or social activities Light housekeeping and possibly some meal prep Eventually providing more hands-on assistance as her needs increase Ideal candidate: Has experience handling people with dementia Kind, patient, and understanding of memory issues Has reliable transportation and a clean driving record Flexible and dependable Non-smoker
