Hands-on Care Needed For Elderly Couple In South Burlington

Help needed for my mother in her 80s with mid-stage Alzheimer's and my father in his early 90's who is just returning home from rehabilitation. Seeking part-time, hands-on care with the possibility of more hours during the weekend nights and weeknights. Duties include: providing companionship and social interaction, cooking meals, doing light housework, supervising medication two times during the day. Though both parents can walk without assistance, they will need encouragement to get enough daily exercise. My father, in particular, needs supervision due to reduced vision and balance. A caregiver who is a non-smoker is preferred.
