About who needs care: -Glycogen Storage Disease (Cori's) Muscle wasting (cannot perform most ADL skill) -Heart Failure, Liver Cancer, Hypoglycemia, Occasional incontinence, and more. -Day begins at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesdays. About the care needs: Speaks to me like an adult. Able to text. Shows up on schedule reliably. Forthright. Able to accept feedback. Able to transfer me: from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to toilet, wheelchair to shower bench. Able and willing to provide hands on assist for most ADLs (dressing, meals prep, toileting, bathing). Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
