Seeking Respite Provider &/or 12 Hour Day Support Staff In East Charleston

I need adult care provider experience would be a plus for respite. Also looking for a 12 hr a week Day Support Staff Position. Our care concerns are: Medication Given at set times, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation back home from respite or to and from home for day support. Medication management is required and logged. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and interaction. You'll be responsible for transporting back home from respite. Or Day Support needs to be transported to and from home with paid mileage up to a certain mileage cap weekly.
