Seeking Compassionate Experienced Caregiver Who Has Experience With Alzheimer's/dementia Patients

We're seeking a reliable, kind, and experienced caregiver for my 82-year-old mom, who has Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. She lives at home with support from family and a small care team. Duties include mobility support, meal prep, med reminders, daily vitals, hygiene, and dressing help, morning/evening routines, companionship, light housekeeping, and care for her sweet small dog. She takes pride in her appearance and home, and enjoys chatting, pretty clothes, hair, and makeup. We're seeking someone who is patient, trustworthy, and is very dementia-aware. This is a warm, happy, respectful household, and we value open communication. The schedule may vary but is typically Tues, Wed, Thurs, and /or Fri. 3 p.m. -7:30 a.m. , and 9 a.m. -4 p.m. every other Sunday. Pay is $18/hour, with overtime ($27/hour) for over 40 hours per week.
