Live-in Home Caregiver For 30 Year Old Female With SCI

I am a 30-year-old working professional manual wheelchair user with a spinal cord injury seeking a kind, caring, non-smoking, and responsible live-in, female caregiver with good communication skills. I live in McLean Virginia, with my parents, and the position is a full-time, live-in position in my home in McLean. The ideal candidate is someone looking for a long-term position (at least 1 year and longer if possible). The caregiver's working hours are primarily focused in the mornings and evening. Afternoons are flexible for the caregiver's personal activities. Training will be provided by myself and others with duties including: assistance dressing, bathing, transfers to and from bed from my wheelchair; assistance with personal-care needs; assistance with meal preparation; and assistance with some light cleaning/laundry in my room.
