About who needs care: 28-year-old nephew with autism and a brain injury. He is high-functioning - can prepare his own food. Needs reminders to take medicine and shower. Spends most time watching TV and YouTube. We have a vacation planned and would like for him to have a companion caregiver to spend some time together, possibly play cards or other activities, run errands like a trip to grocery store or Target. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver would be a male who has experience relating to someone with a mild developmental disability. If they play Nintendo or Magic Cards, or enjoy watching Anime, it would be a huge plus. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
