My mom is newly retired. Has dementia. She can dress, go to the rest room on her own. We are looking for someone to help get her set up for the day. Her breakfast, hot tea, and to talk to her. Then help her make her sandwich for lunch that she will eat when ready. Later on, in mid December, we are hoping to time the care visit with walking her to the driveway for Loudoun adult day care to pick her up. Or if possible for her to be driven there. We are still waiting on getting into adult day care so this won't start until mid December.
