We are seeking a part time caregiver to assist our 29-year-old who has a medical diagnosis of cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, and intellectual disability. His CP affects the right side of his body causing a limp in his walk, limited mobility of his right arm, and no mobility of his right hand. He also has no peripheral vision on his right side and is a fall risk due to seizures. The caregiver would be responsible to follow a medical plan in administering an emergency nasal spray in case of seizure. Our son will need to be picked up from his day program by 3:30 on weekdays and brought to our home. He will also require assistance with showering on Mon. Wed. and Fri. Qualifications include 1+ years experience with adults with disabilities, a valid state driver's license (no more than 2 pts within last 3 years) and CPR/1st-aide trained.
