Seeking female live-in home care. Duties include: assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, light meal prep, and feeding. Must provide warm and loving companion care, conversation, and assistance with daily exercise and mobility. Light grocery shopping or errands. Companionship and assistance to and from doctor's appointments. Preferences for CPR / first-aid trained, and/or CNA. Ideal candidate will speak Italian or Spanish. Senior is fluent in Italian and English. Senior is recently widowed. Adult son works and lives in the home. The home is the family home for the last 40 years and so is a comfortable and welcoming place. Hours are M-F, 24 hours/day. There is a lot of quiet time as the senior rests. However, nighttime call bell MUST be answered. Weekend DAYS off, and 5-7 days off per year. Salary $50, 000/yr.
