Daily Care Opportunity

About the job

Seeking recurring care for several hours per day for my mom with Frontotemporal Dementia. We need someone willing to make her breakfast, prompt her to take a shower and put on clean clothes, make sure she's taking her meds, do light cleaning/laundry, go on walks with her. She has urinary incontinence but not many accidents. Her interests include ancient archaeology, nature, birds/wildlife, movies/TV, music, painting and art/crafts, walking/hiking. You should be: physically active, patient, open-minded, with a sense of humor, and transportation. My mom is very sweet (but can be stubborn & bossy at times), funny, and opinionated. She hates Trump, and has a really interesting past and can tell you many stories about her life in Alaska. No pets in her home, but plants that need watering. Parking available.
