Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Chesapeake part-time About who needs care: Stroke and heart attack recovery patient. Loves to chat and is very opinionated. God fearing and very intelligent. Non-smoking household with no pets. The care needs: Experience with elderly patients, especially stroke recovery patients with limited mobility. I'm looking for hands-on care for my husband, who is in his late 70s. Medication management is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help is needed with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We might ask you to run errands from time to time. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, CPR/first-aid trained, and has some OT/PT knowledge.
