About who needs care: My father has mild early onset frontotemporal dementia. He has difficulty remembering to do small household tasks and is no longer able to drive himself. He loves watching movies. He was previously a photographer and loves art and being creative. His best friend is his incredibly sweet cat! About the care needs: It is important that the caregiver is patient and optimistic. My dads condition causes some symptoms like apathy and depression. Ideally, the caregiver would be able to help get him motivated to be active. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
