As a Trove caregiver, you'll provide supportive, non-medical care in clients' homes. Care needs vary by client - from companionship to personal care - and we match you accordingly. You may assist with: - Companionship & Engagement - Transportation (errands, appointments, outings) - Medication reminders - Meal preparation & light cooking - Light housekeeping & homemaking tasks - Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene - Feeding assistance - Ambulation and transferring - Bathing and toileting support - Incontinence care What We're Looking For - Individuals with active (preferred) or expired CNA license - At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) - Active driver's license and valid car insurance - Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude - Compassion, patience, and emotional maturity - Dependability and professionalism - Ability to follow care plans and document accurately - Must pass background check and reference screening What We Offer - $23-$25/hr, based on certification status and experience - Flexible scheduling - we'll work with your availability - Pathway to a consistent, recurring schedule with regular clients - Supportive office staff and 24/7 on-call support - A small team culture where you're respected and valued Ready to Join Us?
