Live-in Or Overnight Home Care Needed For My Father In Law In Chantilly

I'm looking for assistance with my Father-in-Law who has terminal cancer. He is 84 and my MIL is his primary care taker, but it is too difficult on her to do all day/night. He needs someone who speaks clear/good English as he has trouble understanding and gets frustrated. Overnight care is most primary need - but open to a live in situation or someone who can do overnights as well as 3 days during the week. (if you can only do overnight thats ok too - we can find someone to do a few daytimes easier than overnights). Ideally someone with some medical training background. Needs to assist with getting him to and from bathroom, out the door (requires a few steps), changed, possibly bathing, medication dosing. As well as some very light housework to help my MIL and small meal prep.
