Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Salt Lake City

I need a senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. This gentleman is recovering from a recent fall. He fell and fractured his hip and elbow. both fractures have been surgically repaired. He can walk with the assistance of a 4 prong cane. He is non weight bearing on his left elbow. He needs supervision while walking and transferring. He may need a little help getting meals prepared and set up for him.
