About who needs care: Mother has a history of strokes resulting in limited mobility. She uses a walker for ambulation and is able to bathe and feed herself independently. She experiences incontinence, including nighttime bedwetting, and requires the use of adult diapers. Ideal day would be arriving making sure she gets up in morning checking on her incontinence washing sheets and make sure she eats. Assist with any basic house cleaning and any appointments. Make sure she has a dinner plan and leave. About the care needs: A person that is strong, patient and can overcome being manipulated. Able to hold a conversation. Be able to handle basic housekeeping and CNA care dealing with incontinence. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
