Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Venus

Seeking a hands-on caregiver for my mother in Venus. Reliability is a priority. Primary responsibilities include: medication management, getting her out of bed safely, assisting with toileting, preparing lunch/dinner, physical assistance with mobility, taking care of dogs, laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, providing companionship and social interaction, engaging in cognitive activities. We may occasionally ask you to transport/accompany her to medical appointments. Must be comfortable with pets; she has four small friendly chihuahua dogs. (The dogs shed, so we need someone who isn't allergic to dogs.) There is some pet care required (food/water, pick up after accidents, letting them in/out). Must be a nonsmoker, due to allergies. Possible assistance with bathing. Opportunities for future pay raises for reliability and quality of care.
