Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Venus

We need a hands-on caregiver for my mother in her 70s. She had a stroke in February and requires constant supervision and assistance during waking hours. Reliability is a must. Primary responsibilities include safely getting her out of bed in the morning, medication management, preparing breakfast/lunch, assisting with toileting (reminders, helping get her to/from restroom), assistance with mobility, social interaction, activities to encourage cognitive repair, pet care (food/water/pickup after accidents), light housekeeping/cleaning. She has four small friendly dogs who shed, so someone without dog allergies is a must. My mother has environmental allergies, so a nonsmoker is required. She is very sweet and kind but forgetful. We are located between Venus and Maypearl.
