About who needs care: Recenty release from rehab hospital. In a wheelchair. Goal is to be able to get back to mobility using a four-wheel walker as he was before the fall that put him in the hospital then rehab. He has a very low level of dementia. We have OT and PT coming twice a week starting the week of Oct. 7th. My mother in-law has alzheimers. She will need care as well. She gets easily confused, is not able to consistently put on a bra or dress herself at times. She gets confused for what to wear to sleep in. Once they both go to bed at about 8:00 p.m. ish, they are good to be alone until about 6:00 or 7:00 a.m. About the care needs: Both, my father in-law and mother in-law are very pleasant people to be around. They are loving and caring. They are also very independent and like to be self-sufficient. My father in-law is realizing he can't be the only care-taker for my mother in-law.
