Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In San Antonio

Seeking hands-on care near San Antonio for my father in his 90s. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Necessities - grooming (3x week), laundry (1x week or split 2x week), help Dad fill medicine box (1x week) and make sure he is taking them, declutter and organize apartment (with Dad - not for Dad; 1-3x week), clean out refrigerator/freezer (1x week), clean kitchen (1x week), take to/from medical appointments (1-3x month) and take notes to provide to daughter, make list of items or supplies needed for Dad (as noticed) and provide to daughter. Niceties - encouragement, companionship, etc.
