The Home Health Aide will provide supportive, non-medical care to a 56-year-old wheelchair bound patient in their home. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and able to assist with daily routines while promoting the patient's independence and safety. Key Responsibilities Personal Care & Daily Living * Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed (bathing, grooming, dressing). * Support mobility (patient is not independently mobile and will require standby assistance). * Monitor for any changes in physical condition or behavior and report to family. Household Tasks * Light housekeeping (laundry tidying) * Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment. Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to support transfers when needed.
