Unique Need For Child & Senior Care

Our family has a unique need for care. I currently homeschool my 7 yo son and have recently brought my semi disabled parents to live with us. Most days care would be for just my parents so I can take my son to activities. Occasionally it would be my son and one parent while I take the other parent to an appointment. Less frequently it would be all 3 while I go to an appointment for myself. My mother has mobility issues so helping her to and from her room and common areas, heating up food, and companionship would be her needs. My father likely has dementia and his cognitive abilities are declining. His needs would be helping with the Tv, reminding him where things are, helping him make his coffee or heat up food. Must be comfortable with our small dog as he follows my dad around everywhere. Schedule is flexible and not set.
