With her normal care taker out due to a broke leg she needs help with household chores and doing little activities around the home. Occasionally needing help getting to a doctors appointment. Has difficulty with remembering to eat meals and take care of herself. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
