About the job
About who needs care: This would be a 3hr shift (6-9pm): dinner, evening together, bedtime routine. All procedures have been set up. But she has sundowners and is sometimes like getting a 3yr old to bed. The hardest part of the job is being kind but firm so that she goes to bed clean and also peacefully. About the care needs: Calming, motherly personality with patience and solution-oriented creativity to get her to do what she doesn't want to. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
