Assist with mobility support, including transferring, walking, and using mobility aids • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing the client's space • Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities • Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to supervisors or family members
