About who needs care: My father has dementia he is very sweet and calm person. Before the dementia he had a love for music and instruments. At this step he is not sleeping much and always wants to go so walking is a factor. He loves to talk has always been a people person and joker. About the care needs: Ideally we are looking for someone to help keep him company and entertained during the day. For a few hours to give the family some time for other things. Assist him with a bath and routine grooming. They would need to be a patient person as dementia patients require understanding and calm spirits. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
