Needs help getting to and from bed and recliner via wheelchair. Sponge bathing and dressing. Light meal preparation and housekeeping. Help loading solution bags for in home dialysis and bag disposal. Transport to doctor appointments at least twice a month-hours will vary on those days. Morning and evening routines are main focus on other days. No pets in home but you are welcome to bring a gentle dog with you including large breeds just not any aggressive dogs. This is the home of a heavy smoker. Patient is 80 years old and needs assistance with daily living activities. Can stand for a limited amount of time to move to wheelchair with assistance. Fall risk-must use wheelchair for transport. No memory issues only physical disabilities due to cancer and kidney failure. Morning and evening medications plus some with meals and some as needed.
