Position Summary We are seeking dependable, caring, and motivated Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personal care, companionship, and support services to clients in their homes while maintaining dignity, respect, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility and transfer assistance (e. g., wheelchair or walker support) Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or environment Assist with medication reminders (as permitted) Provide post-operative and post-partum support when needed Support clients with wellness routines such as light exercise or walks Maintain accurate records of care and follow company policies and care plans Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Experience as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, or home care aide (preferred but not required) Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills & Certifications CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures Benefits Competitive pay and flexible scheduling Paid orientation and ongoing training Opportunity for advancement within the company Supportive work environment and team culture Bonus opportunities for excellent attendance and performance Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience and assignment.
