About who needs care: She has MS and uses a walker About the care needs: She is a very, very sweet person. She just needs help getting from house to vehicle and vise versa. I used Lyft the other day and it was a disaster. They refused to let me put her walker in their backseat cause they did not want the seat to get dirty. They basically refused service because she had a walker. It was mortifying how rude they were. This cannot happen again. Services needed include: transportation.
