Companion Care Needed For My Father In Fort Worth

About who needs care: He is 84 and can no longer drive. We are looking for someone to take him to a doctor's appointment every Friday. Also to clean his room and bathroom and do his laundry. Someone who doesn't talk too much or get too personal. About the care needs: He is very hard of hearing so unfortunately we cannot have anyone who speaks with any kind of accent. I hope that doesn't sound horrible but he gets so anxious when he can't understand someone. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
