Appointment Assistance Needed For My Father In Fort Worth

I'm looking for help with doctor's appointments for my father in his late 70s. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments, for being his "translator" (hearing loss), and for relaying the medical information to me after the appointment. The schedule will vary depending on appointment needs, and we would like to build a relationship with someone he can learn to trust and feel comfortable with. Dad uses a walker, but may need help folding it up to get into the your car. Otherwise, he is physically able to transfer himself.
