I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light cleaning of room and bathroom. Light meal prep. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Our dad is going home on hospice. We decided on hospice because we want to get him home. He has metastatic cancer, and the beginnings of dementia. He lives with his companion and 2 loved doggies. We need someone who is bilingual in Spanish. To care for our dad as if he was yours. We want him home comfortable and don't want to burden his companion, she has her own medical conditions. HELP!
