About who needs care: I have an HCS Group Home with adults with IDD. They require constant supervision, and you will have to administer their medication. Prep their meals and transport them to and from Dayhab. About the care needs: Someone who has experience with working with adults with IDD. Someone with DL. Someone who knows how to cook or follow instructions and is familiar with administering medications. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
