Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Dallas

About who needs care: My father lives in my brother's apartment behind his home and has been living independently (with assistance from my brother and myself). He has dementia. We are learning that some of the basic things he was able to do before he can no longer do like shower and take medication. We would prefer a caregiver who is Iranian, female and speaks Farsi, if that's possible. His schedule can be more sporadic these days, but he is usually awake around 9 a.m. which is a good time for daily visits. About the care needs: If possible, we would prefer a female caregiver who speaks Farsi. My dad speaks English, so if there's no one available that speaks Farsi that's okay, although it is a bonus. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
