About who needs care: Larry was recently released from hospital with an amputation of right big toe and an open wound from toe to heel. He receives in home and out patient wound treatment. He is wheelchair bound and unable to put pressure/weight on right foot. He is attends dialysis 3 times per week for 4 hours where he needs transportation to and from including other doctor appointments. About the care needs: Good sense of humor, energetic, loves helping the elderly Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
