Caretaker For 76 Year Old Woman

I am looking for someone to help my Dad take care of my Mom. He needs assistance with the following: 1. Helping my Mom get out of bed and get dressed. 2. Changing the soiled, sheets, and doing the laundry so the sheets are ready for the next day. 3. Prompting with medication, reminders to go to the bathroom and change her Depends 4. Driving her to her weight loss group and the senior center. 5. Light house keeping - wiping down the counters, loading/running the dishwasher and taking care of the floors. My Mom is suffering from Parkinson's and moderate dementia, and incontinence. She no longer drives. She spends a lot of her time reading or watching tv and is fairly independent but she needs prompting. The ideal schedule would be 8:30 to 4:30 5 days a week but we are flexible. Dependability and comfort with large dog are required
