About who needs care: Dad has started having confusion about where he is and sometimes who people are. He gets confused and frustrated. At night he tends to roam, hide things and remove his oxygen tube (he is on oxygen 24/7 and has a pacemaker). His wife is at her wits end and isn't getting enough sleep which is elevating her stress and emotional state (she is 72 yrs old) About the care needs: Dad needs someone who is patient, kind. He is very proud , and wants to be independent, and he doesn't like condescension. He can walk with a walker, but is unsteady. We are looking for someone who can stay awake and keep an eye on him during the night.
