The patient is 39 years old. He suffered a neck injury in his early 20s and has been wheelchair bound since then. No mobility below the waist. Limited mobility in arms and hands. Needs assistance getting into his wheelchair and in and out of bed. Needs assistance with bathing, toilet, and getting dressed. If food is prepared and presented in an easy way to handle, he can feed himself. Looking for two shifts: morning for get up and ready/breakfast/errands & then an evening shift with dinner/get ready for bed. There may be some household tasks (cleaning and light repairs) and helping him run errands. Some cooking and meal preparation. A good fit could be considered for live-in. Looking for someone with a bright attitude, good work ethic and lots of patience. Must be okay with dogs. Bonus if you like soccer and SouthPark.
