About who needs care: Mom is on several meds for end of life issues. She is NOT bedridden and can get herself to and from her restroom with a walker. She has significant hearing loss and doesn't wear her hearing aids. She is funny, smart, loves tv and playing on her ipad. She is obstinate, can be rude and sarcastic. She does not curse and is not violent. She is spoiled and I am not comfortable leaving her alone. We live together. The time frame I am thinking is 3 hours, after 6 p.m. on Wednesday and possibly a Saturday around lunch time. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
