About who needs care: I have COPD. AND I'VE LET MY LEGS GET TOO WEAK. MY BREATHING IS TERRIBLE FROM SITTING AROUND TOO LONG. I NEED TO GET MY STRENGTH BACK IN MY LEGS AND IN MY LUNGS. I'M COMPLETELY MISERABLE LIVING LIKE THIS. I SOMETIMES JUST WANT TO DIE. About the care needs: An understanding personality.
