About who needs care: Parkinson's disease About the care needs: Retired police, military, friendly, likes to go fishing, boating, likes German Shepherd dogs, likes to hang out and talk. Husband gets leg cramps when meds start to wear off, so rubbing his legs helps until the meds kick in. He has had parkinsons for almost 30 years and his health has declined over the past year. His gate is stutter step, he sometimes freezes up as he is walking between rooms, his feet cramp and he falls quite a bit. Having someone to be with him when I have meetings or appointments to tend to would be fabulous. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
