Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Memphis

About who needs care: I have severe osteoarthritis and neurothapy; lower back nerve issues; unable to walk properly without the risk of falling. I am currently using a light weight wheelchair inside my apartment and a GoGo Scooter for longer distances. I'm seeking transportation services that would accommodate either, but I would need physical assistance transferring to/from vehicle. About the care needs: Not sure about hobbies/interests at this time. Mostly business matters at bank, short shopping trips at drug store or grocery store, and family interests possibly. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
