I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 80s who is cognitively impaired. Needs help with dressing, toileting, adult diaper changes, prioritizing hygiene, safety and respectful communication. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. She was a caregiver herself for most of her life! Her illness causes her to have days where she sleeps a lot. She gravitates toward empathic, warm, positive personality.
