About who needs care: Dementia Ostomy Almost died two years ago and had been in NHC and Legacy. Now moving in with my family 12/15. Might need light cleaning, someone to visit with them and not sure About the care needs: Caring Patient Trustworthy Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
