About who needs care: Alzheimers under Hospice . Just stopped walking, but can communicate. Bathers come 2 days a week. She has a lift bed in her bedroom and we transport her to her lift chair in living to encourage her. She is incontinent, will need changed , put clothes on transport in wheelchair. She weighs about 135 or less. Cook for her 2 times a day and snacks, help exercise her, read to her, talk to her like a friend. Hrs are Tues, Wed. Thurs 9:30 to 7. Some days shorter. My brother may get off early some days. About the care needs: My mom is shy, but loves to talk, enjoys hair fixed lotion put on, communication, music, A kind, communicative, loving person. Some little housekeeping if necessary. We will also need laundry done for her , meals, some bathing , fix hair, love her. I am available always. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
