Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Arlington

I need senior care provider with experience. I am splitting my time between my father-in-law with dementia and my mother with heart/kidney failure. I need a caregiver who can sit with my father-in-law while I attend doctor appointments with my mother. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active- He loves walking around the block and needs someone to accompany him in case his memory lapses, Meal Preparation-loves snacks but forgets where to find them unless they are on the table by his chair. Also, needs meals made/heated for him, it will usually be lunch that he will need. He enjoys reminiscing. Transportation required to and from his location. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required, although only one medication will be needed during the time I will be away.
